I think you pronounced that word pretty darn well. Also, thanks for the attempt at the tongue-twister! I was having trouble just typing she sells seashells by the seashore - I don't think I could have managed to say the hardest tongue-twister!
I have no clue how to pronounce that hill. You guess is as good as mine. I would probably just refer to it as "that one".
